Buy BBB Reviews — Separate from the Letter Grade
Yes. You can buy BBB reviews here. RestoreMyReputation sells published BBB packages from $110 for 5 reviews to $690 for 50, dripped to the live listing, with a free sample first and 30-day replacements.
BBB is two systems. The letter grade moves on complaints and responses. Customer reviews are a separate star layer on the profile. Operators searching “buy BBB reviews” usually want that public star layer, not a purchased A+.
We sell BBB customer-review packages on the public ladder. We will not pretend a review package changes the letter grade. Complaint response is a different service.
From $110 for 5 reviews · BBB matters most for service-based businesses, contractors, financial and insurance services, and other higher-consideration purchases where a cautious buyer checks a business’s complaint history and letter grade before signing a contract or handing over a deposit.

The BBB Rating and BBB Customer Reviews are two different things
BBB publishes two separate numbers on a business profile, and they’re easy to conflate. The BBB Rating is a letter grade from A+ down to F (or "NR," No Rating, when BBB doesn’t have enough information) — BBB’s own assessment of a business built from its complaint history and how well it resolves complaints, how responsive it is when a complaint is filed, how transparent it is about its practices, and any licensing or government action on record. BBB states plainly that the Rating "is not a guarantee of a business’s reliability or performance," and it is not an average of anything a customer submits.
BBB Customer Reviews are a different, separate feature entirely: a 1–5 star review a verified customer leaves describing their experience, similar in format to reviews on other platforms. BBB’s own FAQ is explicit that "reviews are not considered as part of a company’s rating, as complaints are" and that "Customer Reviews are not used in the calculation of the BBB Letter Grade Rating." A complaint asks BBB to help resolve a dispute; a review simply records an opinion — and only the former can move the letter grade.
Because these are separate systems, they move independently. A business can carry an A+ Rating built on a clean complaint history while having only a handful of customer reviews and a modest star average — or the reverse, a strong star average sitting alongside a lower letter grade because of unresolved or unanswered complaints. Checking only one number gives an incomplete picture of what a BBB profile actually shows a prospective customer.
A third, separate concept again is BBB Accreditation — a business doesn’t need to be accredited to have a BBB file, a Rating, or customer reviews; any business BBB has information on can have all three. Accreditation is an optional, paid credential that requires affirming BBB’s Standards for Trust and, per BBB, maintaining "at least a B rating in all company-owned locations and its headquarters" to qualify.
What actually moves a BBB Rating (not reviews)
- Complaint history and resolution — the volume of complaints filed against a business and, critically, whether and how well they were resolved.
- Responsiveness — BBB forwards a complaint to the business within two business days and expects a reply within 14 calendar days; BBB states that failure to respond "may have a negative impact on the BBB rating," since responsiveness is a core element of both BBB’s Accreditation Standards and its Reporting Standards.
- Transparency about business practices — how openly a business discloses its policies, ownership, and terms.
- Licensing and government action — a Rating is lowered if BBB is aware of missing required licensing or a pending or finalized government action against the business.
- What does NOT move it: BBB Customer Reviews. BBB’s own guidance states reviews have no impact on the letter grade — only complaints do.

Buy 5-star BBB reviews

No. BBB is explicit that customer reviews are not used in the letter grade. This package is for the public review layer shoppers still see. Complaint response is separate.
Responding to every complaint within BBB’s 14-day window, working toward genuine resolution rather than letting complaints close as unanswered or unresolved, being transparent about business practices, and maintaining required licensing. BBB states directly that non-response "may have a negative impact on the BBB rating" — so responsiveness alone is one of the most controllable levers a business has.
No. BBB is explicit that customer reviews are not used in calculating the BBB Letter Grade Rating — only complaints are. Managing your BBB Customer Reviews is still worth doing because shoppers see both numbers on your profile, but it won’t move your letter grade.
No — accreditation requires maintaining at least a B rating in the first place, so a low Rating needs to be addressed (chiefly through complaint resolution and responsiveness) before accreditation is realistic.
